Tasks are visible in the dashboard, under each client/pet, in a dedicated task module and notifications are sent each time a task is created or is close to being due.
Task Notifications Your Way
Not everyone needs to be notified of or be responsible for tasks. Using the notifier settings, each user can decide in which ways to be notified, how those notifications should happen, and a little heads up before tasks are due.
More Eyes On Task = Greater Results
With Practice Amigo’s Team Task concept your team will never forget to complete a task again. Critical tasks are assigned to each member of the team to get more eyes on it, BUT, when the task is completed by one person, it is removed from everyone to prevent confusion.
